How to get there
LISBON AIRPORT SHUTTLE <> VILA GALÉ LISBOA

Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado Airport) is approximately 6 km from the hotel.
The hotel is easily accessible by taxi, metro, and public transportation.
Metro: Take the Red Line from Aeroporto station toward São Sebastião and change as required for Santa Apolónia; the hotel is located near the waterfront.
Taxi/Ride-hailing: Taxis and app-based transport services are readily available at Lisbon Airport.
Public Bus: Several Carris bus services connect the airport with central Lisbon.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Metro: Lisbon Metro provides a convenient connection between Humberto Delgado Airport and central Lisbon.
Train: Nearby Santa Apolónia Station provides connections to other parts of Lisbon and Portugal.
Bus: Carris city buses serve the surrounding area and central Lisbon.

All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibition hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.

Please do not leave bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls. Hotels strongly recommend that you use their safety deposit boxes for your valuables.

The UR Forum is not held responsible for personal accidents, loss, and damage to private property of participants. The participants are requested to carry their belonging with them. Participants should make their own arrangements for insurance (travel, health etc.)
